About me
Welcome to my website. My focus is leadership coaching and development, more specifically, leading with the heart. For me, it’s not just about getting results as a leader but about developing relationships to inspire and engage people. My goal is to help you, as a leader, grow so you can bring more value to your organization.
When leaders have something getting in the way of their personal or organizational growth and they’re ready for a change, I’m the person they partner with – especially when they feel like they’ve hit the limit of their ability.
When they’re tired of the cycle they’re in and want more freedom to work in their strengths, or to achieve a higher level of success, I’m here to help. We identify blind spots and address core issues that keep them from moving forward.
I believe that coaching is transformational. The more you sharpen your leadership skills and abilities, the more your influence grows, and the more helpful you can be to others.
The desire to work with leaders was born from my own passion to grow as a leader and to develop other people in the process.
Since I was young I’ve had many opportunities to be in leadership roles. I led in both business and ministry settings. I learned some things along the way.
Through all of my experience, I had success and some times when I felt like a failure. But, I had to stand up and continue to lead in spite of it. As a result, I’ve grown as a leader.
As a partner and coach, I’m now taking my experience to come alongside other leaders and professionals.
I’m an ICF certified coach, I work with executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs in multinational companies, family-owned businesses, non-profits, and ministries. My clients are both local and international.
I coach one-on-one or in groups and present at workshops, conferences, and retreats. I value honesty, integrity, and respect as I work with all my clients.
Serving my community
It’s my desire to serve my community. I developed the Transformed Leader Webinar Series and host webinars throughout the year. The webinars cover a variety of leadership development topics. I provide insights and tools to help people work and lead at their full potential.

Leading in business and nonprofit
A theme in my experience has been leading teams and peers through change usually brought about by moving locations, mergers or acquisitions. I’ve worked with both small and large organizations.
To coaching engagements, I also bring an MBA and 25+ years of experience in the strategic communications field. I’ve helped businesses craft and communicate strong engaging messages. It’s been especially rewarding to produce award-winning work with my teams and to gain recognition for branding projects and product launches.
My experience includes speaking to small and larger groups (150+) in business and nonprofit settings. I’ve also worked with an education technology company and companies in the research, financial and venture capital industries, nationally and internationally.
As a woman of faith, I’ve taught spiritual development principles to women for over ten years. Eight of those years were with an international, interdenominational parachurch organization where I also developed, coached and trained leaders.
On a personal note
I enjoy traveling and the outdoors. When I combine the two, you’ll find me hiking or biking on the trails. I’ve also been spotted relaxing on a beach or on the ski slopes in the Rocky Mountains. When not coaching or consulting, I look for ways to spend time with my family and friends.
