As an executive and leadership coach, I partner with clients to achieve specific results and desired goals. I provide one-on-one coaching, conduct workshops or speak to groups. Some areas I coach around include:

How we work together

For executive and leadership coaching, I typically meet with local clients face-to-face for an initial meeting. After that, we’ll meet each month by phone. If you happen to live or work outside of the Chicagoland area, I also meet with clients via Skype. Finally, depending upon your need and the type of coaching engagement that works for you, programs are available for six or 12 months. Let’s determine the best approach for your program together.

This is a hands-on, interactive workshop.

Group coaching is a wonderful way to engage with a team of people. Your goals may be individual or for the group as a whole. Contact me to talk about your specific group need or idea. In addition, I periodically open up a group coaching opportunity for those interested in a group environment.
